While most states require liability insurance, mandatory coverage may not be enough. To fully protect you, we go beyond ordinary liability coverage, providing a broad range of options.
We make driving more affordable, too. For example, we may offer discounts based on several factors within your control, including your driving record, auto usage and safety equipment.
Liability: Liability insurance covers property damages and bodily injury to others, up to your policy limits.
Medical Payments Coverage: Covers reasonable medical expenses that you and your passengers incur from an auto accident, including injuries caused by uninsured or hit-and-run drivers.
Personal Injury Protection: Covers you, your family members and certain others, for bodily injuries resulting from auto accidents, without regard to fault.
Uninsured/Underinsured Motorist Coverage: This coverage pays for bodily injuries to you, your family members and certain others, resulting from the negligence of others. It pays when the at-fault party has no liability insurance, or liability coverage with limits not adequate to pay for the damages incurred.
Comprehensive/"Other-Than-Collision" Coverage: Provides coverage for damage to your vehicle resulting from loss caused by missiles or falling objects, fire, theft, explosion and earthquake, windstorm, hail, water, flood, vandalism and malicious mischief, riot and civil commotion, contact with an animal and breakage of glass and other direct causes not excluded.
Comprehensive: In addition to collision coverage, this option pays for actual cash value of new cars stolen within six months of purchase.
Optional: “Other-Than-Collision” Coverage: Collision coverage protects you in the event of a collision loss. Depending upon your car’s value and other factors, it may be wise to add fire, theft, vandalism, or other non-collision coverages.
Optional Towing: Pays for towing when your vehicle is disabled by an accident.
