TIPS for FAST QUOTES on Workers Comp Applications: ü Always include the FEIN# if corporation, SS# if individual or partnership. ü We must have the correct class codes and annual payroll for each class. # of employees is helpful. ü Having a description of operations helps keep the guess work down (this is required by Profit Sharing and AmTrust for a quote). ü If not new venture, adding the prior coverage information to the ACORD 130 is very helpful. ü Answer all underwriting questions on the app and explain all yes responses. ü Include Loss Runs, Mod worksheet, NCCI # if available (or other rating bureau if not an NCCI state).
